Job Description:

We are looking for an all-star performer to join a great team of highly successful individuals! 

We are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Account Executive.  In this role, you will be accountable for ongoing service to existing clients, including managing the renewal process and generating new business sales.  Strong communication skills in English– both orally and written are required.   

Key job responsibilities:

Education Requirements:

• University degree, college diploma or equivalent experience an asset

• CAIB designation required, CIP, FCIP or CRM designations an asset

Experience:       

• Minimum of three years property / casualty insurance or industry related experience with progressively complex accounts.

• Previous underwriting experience an asset

Position Requirements:                         

• Valid Class 5 Drivers license

• Level 3 Manitoba Brokers License

• RIBO license an asset

• Reliable vehicle

• Strong analytical skills

• Proven sales track record

• Ability to identify and analyze client risk exposures

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Bondable

• Ability to multi-task between a variety of tasks, projects and deadlines

• Strong computer and technical skills

• Agency Manager, Marshall & Swift BVS, Policy Works technical skills an asset

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong Interpersonal organizational and time management skills

• Strong knowledge of Automobile Insurance
